Shrub Rose

“What’s in a name? That which we call a Rose,/ By any other names would smell as sweet.” Juliet, Romeo and Juliet, Act ll, Sc. 2.

Rosa radcon, also known as shrub rose or Knockout rose, can grow anywhere from 4′-10′ feet tall. The blooming season is from May to frost and can flower with as little as 3 hrs. of sun per day, but 6-8 hours is better. If you are looking for a more fragrant rose, this would not be first pick, since they have a mild scent.
