Eastern Passionflower

Passiflora lutea, or Eastern passionflower, is a hardy native herbaceous vine. It maintains its foliage in mild winters but will need to be planted in full sun/part shade. This trailing plant can climb up to 20 t. tall! The flowers bloom in late summer to fall, followed by small black berries eaten by birds. This is a deer resistant plant but a perfect attractor for pollinators.
