The latest 7-day QPF map shows that most of Georgia will get no rain at all for the next five days. After that, there may be a few light showers late in the week in northern counties but amounts will be low. I am also happy to report that the threat of frost has disappeared from the long-range forecasts for now, so there are no worries about this for the next couple of weeks. But we will keep watching, since the forecasts more than a week out do bounce around as new information is pulled into the computer models.
