Conference Registration
Registration for the annual meeting will begin Monday, February 26. A late fee of $25 will be added to registration on April 8. Registration will close on Friday, April 12. Registration is now closed, please contact Megan Veal at megan.powell25@uga.edu for availability.

Full-Time registration options include:
- Full-Time Member – $275.00
- Full-Time Non-Member – $300.00
- Full-Time Life Member – $250.00
(All Full-Time registrations include lodging for Monday night and Tuesday night at Rock Eagle)
Part-time registration options include:
- Tuesday Only – Includes Breakfast, Breaks, Lunch, Educational Sessions, Afternoon Recreation Sessions, and Dinner – $150.00
- Tuesday Only Life Member – Includes Breakfast, Breaks, Lunch, Life Member Exclusive Sessions, Afternoon Recreation Sessions, and Dinner – $125.00
Guest tickets are available for:
- National Awards Dinner – $55.00
- State Awards Brunch – $30.00

Executive Committee Elections
The 2024 officer elections will take place during the annual meeting by electronic ballot to elect a Vice President (4-year term) and a Secretary (2-year term).
- The first step to election is completing the State/National Leadership Request for Administrative Approval, which is the official procedure before applying to any professional organization, including completing and submitting the. This completed form must be submitted to the Associate Dean for Extension’s office at least six weeks before the candidate’s application is due to the state organization. For the 2024 election, this form must be submitted to Dr. Johnson’s office by February 27, 2024.
- After securing administrative approval, the candidates will be asked to submit up to two pages containing a personal statement, educational background, work experience, leadership experience, and highlights of professional achievements to the Organizational Stewardship Chair, Jeffrey Burke (jburke@uga.edu) by April 9, 2024.
- Members can hear from each candidate during the opening business meeting. Campaign posters are optional but encouraged.
- Election results will be announced during the closing business meeting.
