Conference Registration
Registration for the annual meeting will begin Friday, March 20. A late fee of $25 will be added to registration on April 16. Registration will close on Monday, April 20.
Full-Time registration options include:
- Full-Time Member – $275.00
- Full-Time Non-Member – $300.00
- Full-Time Life Member – $250.00
(All Full-Time registrations include lodging for Wednesday night and Thursday night at Rock Eagle)
Part-time registration options include:
- Thursday Only – Includes Breakfast, Breaks, Lunch, Educational Sessions, Afternoon Recreation Sessions, and Dinner – $150.00
- Thursday Only Life Member – Includes Breakfast, Breaks, Lunch, Life Member Exclusive Sessions, Afternoon Recreation Sessions, and Dinner – $125.00
Guest tickets are available for:
- National Awards Dinner – $55.00
- State Awards Brunch – $30.00

Candidates for Executive Board Election
During the 2026 State Meeting, our association will elect a Vice President and a Secretary. Please see the candidate packets below. Each candidate was asked to prepare up to two pages containing a summary of your formal education; professional experience; qualifications for office, including previous leadership roles, committees/task forces, etc.; and professional achievements.
Attendees will be able to hear from both candidates during the opening business meeting on Wednesday, May 6 at Rock Eagle. Voting will be conducted electronically and sent out after the opening business meeting. The election results and new board installation will take place on Friday, May 8.
