Paulding County Master Gardeners are committed to promoting agriculture in Paulding County and to helping to create the next generation of those interested in horticulture related fields. Awarding this scholarship each year speaks to that commitment. Paulding Master Gardeners are proud to assist these deserving students to further their endeavors each year.
The Paulding County Master Gardener scholarship is made possible by funds generated from their annual Master Gardener Plant Sale held each spring and through generous donations from our community. The scholarship is open to any student who is a resident of Paulding County and is enrolled at a Georgia College or Technical School studying, horticulture, botany, forestry, agriculture, or biology-related field. Applications are available in January of each year and scholarship is awarded in the spring. You can learn more about the scholarship at www.ugaextension.org/paulding. If you would like to make a donation to the scholarship fund, contact our office at 770-443-7616 or Paulding.extension@uga.edu.
