On April 13, 2026 (Katie Martin, Gracie Jordan, Lynn Frye, Steve Zuber, & Sandra Howell ) had a work day at Shakespeare Garden. The volunteers cleaned up the garden by weeding, mulching, & pruning. Each volunteer put in 2 hours of volunteer time totaling 10 hours of volunteer time.
On April 16, 2026 (Katie Martin, Gracie Jordan, Missy Phillips, & Lynn Frye) had a work day at Hayes Park Rain Garden. The volunteers weeded and laid down mulch. Each volunteer put in 2 hours of volunteer time totaling 8 hours of volunteer time. This year we had an extreme drought, so no new plants were installed at any of the demonstration gardens.
