This past week (30-31 March) we held the 2023 Georgia Water Resources Conference . The conference is a bi-annual conference that brings water professionals, students, consultants, and citizens together to discuss water resource issues. This years conference covered topics from Regional Water Plans, the Infrastructure Bill, Stormwater management, and wastewater monitoring to name a few. The main host of the Conference is the UGA River Basin Center along with many other sponsors. If you are interested in seeing the topics and presentation titles, go to the link provided above. Along with the presentations, there were many students attending the conference and displayed as well as discussed some of the water work they are doing with conference attendees trough a poster session.

We all use water in some form, so protecting it through many different ways is the responsibility of everyone.
