The Shakespeare Garden originally started in 2014 at the Legion Theatre. In 2016, it was moved to a vacant space beside Ross’ Diner in downtown Cartersville. This project was started by the Adult Leadership Bartow Chamber of Commerce Class of 2014. It was then completed by the Cartersville DDA Design Committee and Keep Bartow Beautiful as part of the National Planting Day Project 2016. This theme garden features plants mentioned in the works of William Shakespeare.
