Town of Taylorsville hosted a cleanup on March 28, 2026. The volunteers cleaned up parts of Euharlee Street, Church Street, Old State Highway 113, Old Alabama Road, & Taylorsville Road. Volunteers arrived at 9 am for sign-in and concluded at 12 pm. After volunteers completed the cleanup, lunch was provided. This concluded Taylorsville’s 14th Great American Cleanup. 29 volunteers completed 87 volunteer hours. The volunteers removed 70 bags of litter & 2 tires, which is equivalent to 1,400 pounds.
