The purpose of this program is to strengthen family health, literacy, and life skills by combining cooking experiences with reading, communication, and shared learning. When families engage in structured, experiential cooking and literacy-based learning experiences grounded in adult learning theory and youth development principles, they build practical life skills, strengthen communication, increase food literacy, and adopt healthier behaviors.
which can lead to stronger families and healthier communities.
