The USDA Southwest Climate Hub has produced a series of online courses on climate change and agriculture as well as the water cycle, wildfires, and other related topics that educators might be interested in viewing for potential use in classrooms or other teaching opportunities. You can look at an introductory video and see the courses at Asombro | Southwest Climate Hub Education Units. Since these are designed for the Southwest, some material may be less relevant for us here in the Southeast, but still should be generally useful.
