  District Project Achievement (DPA) helps Tattnall County 4-H youth in grades 7–12 explore interests, build portfolios, and present projects through performances, food labs, or demonstrations. This year, 28 youth completed portfolios, with workshops and rehearsals supporting preparation for district competition.
