    The latest 90 day climate outlook was released this week.  It shows that above-normal temperatures are likely to continue.  Precipitation does not lean one way or the other except along the coast, where above-normal rainfall has the edge.  This is most likely due to expected tropical activity in this season with neither an El Niño…
