NOAA released their spring outlook for the US about a week ago but due to the software update this is the first chance I have had to post it. The outlook shows that above-normal temperatures are likely to continue through the April-June period. A lot of the Southeast also has a higher than usual chance of flooding due to the wet conditions from El Nino that have saturated soils across the region. You can read more and watch the outlook video at https://www.noaa.gov/news-release/spring-outlook-warmer-for-most-of-us-wetter-in-southeast.
