NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center has a new product available on their main web page at https://www.cpc.noaa.gov/.  For the first time, they are publishing experimental 3-4 week climate outlooks that are similar to the 6-10 day and 8-14 day forecasts.

You can see the latest forecasts for 3-4 weeks below.  They show a high likelihood of above normal temperatures across the US on the 3-4 week range, and a somewhat increased chance of above normal precipitation in Florida and along the coasts for the Southeast.
