Dr. Culpepper just released the 2020 Watermelon weed control programs.
Here are some tips to remember:
- Reflex & Sinbar pose carryover concerns. Carryover is increased when under mulch
- Do not let Reflex touch watermelon foliage
- Wash herbicides off mulch before you poke holes
- If you intercrop with cotton, do not use Sinbar because it will kill cotton.
- If you intercrop with cotton, Sandea is not labeled for cotton and will stunt it.
