Bill Cline and Caleb Bollenbacher (North Carolina State) have developed an excellent example spray schedule for strawberry producers to use this spring (see links for MSWord or PDF documents). This schedule incorporates good suppression of Neopestalotiopsis, while also managing other diseases. The premise for the schedule is that anthracnose, if present, will arrive later in the season. However, if you do see anthracnose, you might have to move Switch and other anthracnose materials to an earlier timeframe. Flexibility is always needed based on conditions observed in the field. With that said, based on what I have observed in the past, I think this is a good example program that will likely hit the mark. Use it if you like. The information contained will also help you to develop your own schedule as needed. Contact your local county agent should you have any questions concerning disease management or other strawberry issues.
