If you grow peaches or really any crop in Georgia you are aware of how destructive deer can be. Please take a minute and complete this deer damage survey. Georgia Farm Bureau has collaborated with the Georgia Department of Agriculture and UGA Extension to develop a deer impact survey to determine losses due to deer across the state over the last 5 years. Data collected from this survey will be used in support of increased mitigation measures and reform, research expansion, and legislative education.
Please share this survey with your members and through your social media, and other resources. We hope to reach as many producers as possible who have experienced deer damage over the past 5 years. The deadline for survey submissions is November 10, 2023.
