It’s that time of year again. Our annual Middle Georgia Peach Update is just around the corner. The meeting is on February 7th from 10 am until we finish. We will once again be at Hebron Church this year. Topics include historical chill hours and yield, weed management, insect management as well as freeze protection and bloom thinning and irrigation scheduling.
We will also be hosting our pecan production update the same week. It will be at the Houston COunty Extension office at 10 am on the 9th of February. Please contact that office if you plan on attending, and don’t eat mexican food that week.
