This new Advanced Training offering will equip Master Gardeners with the skills and knowledge to increase outreach abilities in their communities and support teachers and students beyond the school garden. MGEVs will learn basics about planning programming with their speaker’s bureau/outreach team in their county. They will further explore what to expect when participating in a STEM night or school day program and what activities they can plan to share with youth. They will have the knowledge to identify what their audience or community needs and will be able to implement the key steps in program planning for youth audiences.
