This past year I had the opportunity to conduct a peanut variety trial. Five peanut varieties were evaluated in a dryland field and each treatment was replicated three times. This plot was planted on May 7, 2021 and the harvest date was October 11, 2021. This demonstration could not be possible without the help from Kyle Brown, Geenpoint Ag Agronomist, Mr. Zack Boone, and Sydni Barwick, Thomas County Extension agent.
