  • Wet spring across most of Southeast; temps slightly cooler than average

    The national summary of spring conditions has just been released by NOAA.  The climate division maps show that for most of the Southeast, conditions were much wetter than normal, particularly in SW Georgia, southern Alabama and the panhandle of Florida.  In fact, in northwest FL, they experienced their second wettest spring ever, with 25.25 inches. …
