The rain that has fallen in the last couple of weeks in California has been a mixed blessing for farmers there. While the rain has reduced drought levels and provided snow pack for irrigation later this year, it has also caused a lot of damage to farm fields and crops. Fruit Farmers News posted a story about all of the damage seen there. Many crops were flooded and will need to be destroyed due to exposure to flood waters while others were drowned out.
