This week looks mostly dry for the majority of the Southeast. No rain at all is expected for large parts of the region for the first five days, with a chance of showers on Thursday and Friday as the next weather system moves into the region from the northwest. While this lull is going on, a low pressure center that brought some rain to us the past few days is expected to deepen off the coast of North Carolina, and some rain is expected in the coastal areas and then farther up the East Coast as the storm moves out.
