The final climate outlook for September was released today. It shows that the temperature is likely to be warmer than normal across the region, with the highest likelihood in the Florida peninsula. The precip outlook is heavily weighted by what they think will happen with Hurricane Dorian over the next few days and shows that along the southeast coast there is a fairly high chance of wetter than normal conditions, as you would expect considering today’s forecast.
