Did you wake up this morning already feeling behind?  The loss of an hour last night probably contributed to that.  Dr. Marshall Shepherd has an interesting post at Forbes.com today about Daylight Saving Time.  You can read it here.  I used to be more concerned about it when I worked in Wisconsin and was doing calculations of the effect of time change on weather observations (yes, they do need to be adjusted when you make long climate timelines, just like changes of station location and changes in instrument, such as from liquid in glass thermometers to electronic thermometers).  The best source of time change information, surprising or not, was astrologers, who are very careful to take account of time zones and time changes in their calculations of your celestial timeline.
