Keeping with our theme of snow for the day, here’s an interesting video story about a man who took snowfall measurements for 40 years in a Colorado town, just to pass the time.  The data were finally discovered by climate scientists, who have used it to look at changes in snowfall over time.  You can see it at https://www.slate.com/articles/video/video/2016/12/billy_barr_records_the_snow_in_colorado_for_40_years_demonstrating_climate.html.
