The Southeast Regional Climate Center posted a direct link today to a NWS web site which provides easy access to some of their products, including some graphing capability. The direct link is https://www.sercc.com/nowdatamap and the product is called NOWData for NOAA Online Weather Data. An example of the kind of data product you can create is shown below.
