Food Movement in the U.S.

I came across this article this morning. It is an interesting read on how food flows between counties in the U.S. There are 9 counties in the U.S that are the most critical to the food supply network and 6 of them are in California. If something were to happen in California it could disrupt the entire food flow system in the U.S. Check it out.
