Gardeners can be difficult to shop for.  Here are some suggestions:

Snips and pruners are needed any time you head to the garden to harvest vegetables, herbs, and fruits; cutting flowers for bouquets; and light pruning and deadheading. A Tool Sharpener lets the gardener maintain the sharp edge.

Weeders make yard and garden chores faster, easier and more fun. The innovative, heart-shaped blade clears large areas of weeds quickly, while the V-tip gets hard-to-reach weeds with laser precision. The open design works in soil, gravel & many ground materials. Some brands are Skidger’s, Bully Tools, Corona Clipper, and Tomita. Several sizes allow you to choose the perfect gift for those garden-lovers in your life.

A stirrup hoe is a great weeding tool for any gardener. The tool is a  U-shaped blade that oscillates when you move it back and forth on the ground and is attached to a long wooden handle.

Intended Use
As you’re shopping, consider whether the gardener on your list is passionate about indoor gardening, outdoor gardening, or both. Some smaller watering cans, for example, are better for watering houseplants, while large watering cans are a better fit for someone with a large outside garden. If you’re purchasing gloves, be aware that some are designed for roses and other thorny plants, while other gloves work well for less prickly plants. Make sure any decorative items are weatherproof if they’ll be placed outside in the garden.

Good luck on your shopping, just remember the gardener enjoys being outside and reaps the joy of their garden. Think about joining them.
