Resources for GA MGEVs

Happy Fall, Georgia MGEVs! Here’s a wonderful fall event to add to your calendars, AND a great opportunity to creatively share about your local MGEV program!!

The UGA Research and Education Garden will be hosting its annual Scarecrows in the Garden event in October.  It all kicks off with a FREE workshop THIS Saturday (10 AM to 1 PM) to help you Create Your Own Scarecrow Pre-register and a frame and instructions will be provided for you. Then, scarecrows will be visiting the Garden from October 8-21 for all to enjoy.  This all ends with a Scarecrow Celebration on Sunday, October 21, from 1 to 4 PM with lots of games and activities for all ages!  All of this is free and open to the public.

Placing a scarecrow in the event will give your group some PR as over 1,000 people visit the Garden during this event!

We are excited to see your entries in the Garden!

For more information, check out this flyer and this registration form.
