Season’s Greetings from the State Program Office!

I love this time of year for so many reasons, but mainly because it is a time to reflect on all of our hard work this year. For me, it is similar to the satisfaction of looking at the root cellar or larder, where the plentiful harvests are stored and ready for use, knowing that our efforts helped created these results. (It’s also a sense of relief that the garden is put to bed for a few weeks, anyway!) MGEVs have worked hard all year long, and the list of projects, events, and accomplishments is long, indeed! It is time to celebrate 2017!

We congratulate the MGEV Trainees who pledged to assist Extension in teaching others about horticulture and gardening!

We applaud the veteran MGEVs who returned for another year of fun!

We  thank those who provided leadership for teams and projects.

We appreciate each and every one of you for sharing horticulture and gardening with your community!

Best wishes for a healthy and happy holiday season! See you in 2018!
