We have agents participating in many different segments of the NACAA AM/PIC. Some of these activities include: presenting oral presentations/posters, serving in leadership positions, and serving as a voting delegate. Some of the photos below show just a few of the professional development activities that our fellow agents are participating in.
Wes Smith, NACAA Outstanding Young Farmer Representative gave an update during the Southern Region Meeting. He reported the program had applicants from 25 states with 37 entries.Georgia will be going home with some winners in the Applied Research Poster Session. Brian presented his work on inter-cropping cantaloupe and cotton, while Bill reported his research work on CBR management in peanut.
