Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into 28 servings and shape into 2-inch patties.
  • In a large skillet, over medium-low heat, cook patties 3-5 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in the center. Ensure patties reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Serve immediately.
