“We continue to scout for Asian soybean rust. To date we know that it is consistently found in KUDZU in Seminole, Decatur, Lowndes, and Telfair Counties and seems to be “building” in those patches of kudzu and we could have a jail-break in the near future. Much of our soybean acreage isn’t even planted, but if weather remains favorable this season, we could see early introduction of rust into commercial soybean fields.”
