Here is a great video showing the use of smart irrigation to get “more crop per drop” in southwest Georgia. It features several of my colleagues and farmers in that region and shows how applying just enough irrigation water through monitoring of soil moisture and rainfall can greatly increase the yields of crops like cotton and peanuts.
