The latest 7-day QPF map shows that most parts of the Southeast will get at least an inch of rain except for the Florida Peninsula. For timing, the next few days should be dry for most areas except Virginia and along the immediate coast, with the bulk of the rain falling later in the week with the next front moving through. After that front moves through, Week 2 should be relatively warm with no big cold outbreaks. The models differ on how much rain to expect.
