In the latest issue of the Stripling Irrigation Park newsletter, Calvin Perry noted that the lawsuit between Georgia and Florida regarding the use of water headed downstream into Apalachicola Bay is going back to the Supreme Court. Here is what the newsletter said:

It appears that the US Supreme Court will, once again, hear oral arguments in the FL v GA water case. The case, started 7 years ago, was included in a list of cases but did not set a date for oral arguments. 2020 – the year that just keeps on giving!
