The latest monthly outlook for February 2019 was released today. It shows that warmer and wetter conditions than normal are expected for most of the region during the month, except for equal chances of above, near and below normal precipitation in southern Florida. The first two weeks are the most likely to be above normal in temperature, with a return to cooler conditions likely in the second half of the month. Rainfall in the first half of the month is likely to be higher than the second half of the month, which could be fairly dry.
