A number of studies released in recent years have looked at the impacts of warmer temperatures on the production of vanilla, chocolate, and coffee. Now we can add beer to the list, according to this story from NBC Miami. Projected losses in the yield of barley, a key ingredient of many beers, could reach 17 percent or even more.
