Did you know that wildfires and smoke contain fine particulate matter that can cause serious cardiovascular and respiratory effects? When there’s smoke in the air, limit or suspend outdoor activity until you know the air quality is at a safer level. https://airnow.gov/ is a great resource to check the air quality in your area!
