Since it is the weekend in the fall, the thought of football is never far away in our house.  I thought a story this week by Fox News Tech on the advantage football teams from drier climates have was intriguing.  A study by Kansas State researchers shows that when visiting teams from moister areas play in drier regions, they have a disadvantage that can be captured in betting odds.  According to the story, if you followed those odds and bet consistently on them, over time you would get an 8 percent gain.  Check it out and see what you think at https://www.foxnews.com/tech/2010/09/18/drier-edge-college-football.html.
