Crystal Powers of the University of Nebraska, and one of my teammates on the Animal Ag and Climate Change project, pointed out a neat web site which allows you to look at projected changes in a variety of climate and agricultural values. Even though they list it as for the Pacific Northwest, it actually allows you to look at information for the entire US, including the Southeast. You can find the main page for REACCH (Regional Approaches to Climate Change) at https://climate.nkn.uidaho.edu/REACCH/. The Climate Dashboard which allows you to pick your location and scenario is at https://climate.nkn.uidaho.edu/REACCH/climatedashboard.php?latitude=undefined&longitude=undefined. You can click on the blue Lat/Long values to get a map from which you can choose your location.
