After a beautiful Saturday for most of the Southeast, heavy rain should fall across most of the region. Some areas could see as much as four inches.  Some areas in southern Georgia and Alabama could see severe weather on Sunday, including strong wind gusts and isolated tornadoes.  As the low moves through the Southeast, the area of rain will move to the east, which will help reduce the dry conditions that have plagued the Carolinas recently.  Later in the week, rain amounts will be lighter, particularly on Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
