There will be a Peanut Shade Tree Meeting on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held at Cromley Farms (Lee and Charley) which is located at 9714 Brooklet-Denmark Road, Brooklet, GA 30415. We will meet at their shop/shelter.

Dr. Scott Monfort – Peanut Agronomist, Dr. Bob Kemerait – Plant Pathologist, and Dr. Eric Prostko – Weed Scientist will be in attendance to discuss current peanut crop conditions, diseases and weed issues.

Two (2) Commercial Pesticide License (Category 21) hours and one (1) Private Pesticide License hour have been approved by the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
