Grow it. Know it. Professional development for educators utilizing school gardens
You are invited to three days of hands-on learning centered around gardening, cooking, and growing your school garden program! This training is designed for P-12 educators. All subject areas and grade levels are welcome: agriculture education or art, special education or gifted, 1st grade or 1st period calculus. The only requirement is that you have, or plan to have, a garden at your school, and want to utilize the garden as a teaching tool.

8:30-4:00 each day
Training topics include:
- gardening skills for school gardens
- cooking with P-12 students
- identifying community assets
- connecting it all to your curriculum!
