Getting your Trinity Audio player ready…

On February 4-6 I’ll be attending the inaugural SOWTH Conferece in Atlanta. SOWTH is a network of Southern farmers and organizations committed to positive change in our regional food system. Over 1,000 growers and farm organizations will be there, talking about practical and innovative topics. It’s also a great chance to network with others in the region.

I will be there providing information about farm stress and stress management, and will be presenting with farmer Nicolas Donck on Fields of Stress: Building Farmer Resilience in Modern Agriculture Wednesday at 3:45 pm

If you are at the conference please stop by Table 32 in the Exhibit Hall to say hi and get some materials on stress and well-being (and also a little serotonin- rasing chocolate!). Come to our talk as well, and join in the conversation.

I look forward to seeing you and talking about ways to keep thriving on the farm!
