Getting your Trinity Audio player ready…

The Southeast Regional Fruit & Vegetable Conference is next week in Savannah from Thursday January 9 through Saturday January 11.

I’ll be speaking on Thursday afternoon about The New Competitive Edge is Mental Resilience in the Business Operations sessions and I hope to see lots of you there.  I will also be at the Harvesting Connections Women’s Brunch on Friday, and at the UGA Extension Behavioral Health group’s table the rest of the conference.

So stop by and get some information on managing stress, well-being, and thriving, and visit with me about content for this blog or any other ideas or information you might have. I really look forward to talking with you, and hearing about how producers are doing in Georgia and the southeast!

See you in Savannah!
