  • Cattlemen’s Meeting 4/11/23

    The next meeting of the Oglethorpe County Cattlemen’s Association will be April 11, 2023 at 7pm. The meeting will take place at the Oglethorpe County Ag Education Center. Please RSVP to our office by Monday April 10th if you plan to attend. 706-743-8341. There will be a $5 charge for the meal.

  • Using Pesticides Wisely 2023 Trainings have begun around Georgia

    Mandatory trainings for row crop farmers using Engenia, XtendiMax, and Tavium technologies have begun across Georgia. The trainings nearest us will be the last opportunities available this year on April 18, 2023. Morgan County Extension will host at 10am and Franklin County Extension at 1:30pm. No RSVP is required. Bring your pesticide license card.
